Our Service

After getting a single certificate. We will translate and certify documents from the Thai Consulate. It takes 3-5 working days. After receiving the translated documents. Documents required for marriage registration are as follows :
For foreigner (Original document)
– Passport with visa stamp / Thai residence permit that has not expired / Work permit (If any)
– Certificate of Single (Require at the embassy in Thailand)
– Birth certificate of children (In case have children with the one who want to marriage)
For Thai people (Original document)
– ID Card
– House registration
– Divorce certificate (If any) ** Female party who want to marriage registration. If recently divorced from the previous spouse. Must be at least 310 days or have a medical certificate stating that you are not pregnant to be able to register the marriage. The medical certificate must be valid for no more than 7 days. **
